However you do not have to exercise to lose weight.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is the program delivered?

When you start we send you a new member pack with the materials you will be using. You meet with the coach each week at the same time by video chat (Zoom) or phone for a 15 minute checkin. Your first session with the coach is an extended session to explain exactly how to use the materials and make an easy start to the eating plan.

Where is dietflex based?

The head office for dietflex is Brisbane Australia. All coaching is done via video chat of phone, so it does not matter where you live. We have clients in every state and territory, in cities, suburbs and towns, plus New Zealand, Malaysia and the US.

Is the 6 week dietflex challenge free?

No it is not. As explained above, you enrol in the program and get the opportunity to win 6 weeks free coaching. Every client who loses 9 kilos in their first 6 weeks wins an additional 6 weeks free. This is just a fun incentive. We encourage every client to go at their own pace and not be competitive.

Do I have to exercise?

Not to lose weight. However exercise is valuable for both health and weight maintenance. We find that when people lose weight, moving is easier, joint pain is less, and body confidence improves.

I've tried every diet and nothing has worked for me. What makes dietflex different?

How does the coach know if I'm following the diet, and doing it correctly?

Your coach checks all your meals and snacks via SMS and Zoom. If you're not getting results, they'll know why not, and how to help you stay on track.

Will it be easy for me to do the eating plan and my family eat the meals they like?

Yes! Most clients create one meal for them and their family, but the serving sizes for different family members may differ. Nobody will go hungry.
